Terms and conditions

Terms of use and donation

These terms govern the use of the amjaimpact.com website and online donations made to the Association Mille Jeunes Ambitions (AMJA).

1. Purpose

The amjaimpact.com website presents the AMJA association and its 1000 Jeunes Ambitions programme, and lets you apply to the programme, propose a partnership and make a donation. Using the website constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Access to the website

The website is accessible free of charge. AMJA strives to keep it available at all times but cannot guarantee it; access may be interrupted for maintenance or in the event of force majeure.

3. Applying to the programme

Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. The programme is reserved for people aged 18 to 35. Applicants undertake to provide accurate information.

4. Online donations

Donations are made via the secure platform HelloAsso, under its own terms and conditions. Payment is processed by HelloAsso and its certified providers; no bank data passes through the AMJA website. A payment confirmation is emailed to the donor.

Withdrawal and refunds: a donation is an act of generosity with no consideration in return. In the event of an input error (amount, duplicate), contact AMJA at contact@amjaimpact.com as soon as possible so that a refund can be considered.

Tax receipts: [to be specified by AMJA: whether or not it is authorised to issue tax receipts giving entitlement to a tax reduction under articles 200 and 238 bis of the French General Tax Code]

Use of donations: donations fund the association’s activities, including training hours, learning resources and support for learners.

5. Intellectual property

The website’s content is protected. Any reproduction without AMJA’s prior permission is prohibited.

6. Liability

AMJA cannot be held liable for damage resulting from abnormal use of the website, a service interruption or the content of third-party websites it links to.

7. Personal data

See the privacy policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. [Base text, to be validated by AMJA or its legal adviser]
